The page that used to be here was written years ago and described work that has since changed. It has been taken down rather than left up to mislead people. What replaces it is not ready.
There is no launch date. If you want a rough answer: months, not weeks. This page carries the day it was last changed, so you can judge for yourself whether anyone is still here.
